Our First Year as Baltimore’s Hemp Dispensary

On April 20, 2019, Charmed Hemp celebrated it’s first year of being open. It wasn’t the huge party that we had talked about for this momentous occasion. But there were weed brownies, and a lot of pride for what we had accomplished.

Charmed Hemp was the manifestation of owner Francesco “Franchise” Monico’s wild vision to create Baltimore’s Hemp Dispensary. With the Federal legalization of Hemp, he saw an opportunity to offer everyone affordable access to the healing powers of cannabis. No costly medical certifications required.

One year later, Charmed Hemp has grown from that seed of an idea, to a premier National wholesale and retail distributor of high quality hemp and CBD products. Last fall we were still Baltimore’s best kept secret. Today, we are even big in Texas! And while COVID has limited our ability to offer the in store experience we once did, the same personalized service from knowledgeable staff will always be available to everyone, anywhere .
